DOGKIT branded products* – lifetime warranty

If you haven’t tried to re-engineer our products with a blow torch and followed the care instructions, all Dogkit accessories you purchased are covered with our lifetime warranty.

Our life goal is to design and manufacture high-quality goods for you and your dog that will last for years. We only use the best components, materials, and follow strict production methods because the wellbeing of you and your dog is more valuable to us than a few pennies saved on a dangerous snap or un-welded d-ring.

Our lifetime warranty covers flaws in workmanship and materials that occur during normal use. If any seam, buckle, D-ring, snap hook, or webbing fails during normal use, all you have to do is send us a photo and we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement accordingly. However, with much embarrassment, we must state the obvious – this warranty is not available against the products that have been chewed and destroyed by your dog and general wear and tear. Like with any other product, our leads and collars are not indestructible. Don’t worry though, if your little angel or the beast chewed on this beautiful lead get in touch with us and we will always try to help (most likely by issuing a 25% promo code to purchase a new shiny replacement).

All Dogkit items come with a serial number printed or attached to it. We do this for a number of reasons – it enables us to track the particular item to the batch of components it was manufactured from and to make life a little bit easier when they have to issue a product recall. Also, should you wish to make a claim under the warranty, it allows us to quickly identify the product and send you a replacement much quicker. Although it is not necessary, we strongly recommend that you register your purchased product so that in the highly unlikely event we identify a problem with a particular batch we can contact you immediately and take appropriate action. OTHER branded products* – 1 year warranty

Any other product purchased from us which has not been manufactured by us comes with a 1 year warranty. During that time we will replace or refund the goods if they developed a manufacturing fault within twelve months from purchase date. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse of the product, that includes allowing the dog to chew on it.

After 12 months from purchase date you will need to contact the manufacturer, or if product is covered under longer manufacturer period (e.g. two years).
